视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病的免疫机制及治疗进展

【摘要】 视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病是一种有着高复发、高致残性特点的中枢神经系统自身免疫性疾病。随着对其发病机制的不断研究深入，目前，已有多项实验研究证明了一些新药的疗效，且淋巴血浆置换作为一种将淋巴细胞单采术和血浆置换相结合的新的输血治疗技术，近十多年来被应用于治疗神经系统自身免疫性疾病，并取得一定的疗效。本文对视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病新近的治疗方案做一综述。

【Abstract】 Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders is an autoimmune disease of the central nervous system with high recurrence and high disabling characteristics. At present，a number of experimental studies have proved the efficacy of new drugs. And lymphatic plasmapheresis，as a new blood transfusion treatment technique that combines lymphocyte apheresis and plasmapheresis，has been used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases of the nervous system in the past more than ten years，and has achieved certain curative effects. This article provides a brief review of recent treatment options for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder.
